30-Days Free Returns

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, or you may simply change your mind. That’s why we offer a 30-day free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your device for a full refund. Here’s how it works:

  • Free Return Label: Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a free return label. We’ll provide you with all the necessary instructions to return your item hassle-free.
  • Eligibility: The device must be returned in the same condition it was received, free of any passcodes, iCloud/Google accounts, or software locks (e.g., iCloud, passcode, SIM lock). The device must also include all original accessories.
  • Condition of Return: If the device shows obvious signs of use, or if it has been damaged after delivery, we will not be able to issue a refund. In such cases, the device will be returned to you.

Please note that after 30 days from the date you received your order, we are unable to offer refunds.

12-Months Warranty

We take pride in the quality and reliability of our devices. That’s why every device purchased from Qasr Al Ain comes with a 12-month warranty. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Comprehensive Coverage: The warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a defect is found within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the device (if it is non-repairable) at no additional cost to you.
  • Warranty Provider: Depending on the device type, the warranty is provided either by the original manufacturer or by our trusted vendors with terms that match those of the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Physical Damage: Please note that if the device has physical damage not covered by the warranty, the warranty may be voided. However, we do offer repair services for such damages, and the associated costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, rather than returning the product entirely, we may offer a partial refund solution at our sole discretion. This option is provided to help prevent a complete return or cancellation of your order and is determined on a case-by-case basis.
